Especially in the areas of Xuan Dinh, Tan Thinh, Thanh Duc, Tam Cam, Tan Quy villages, Chien Dan market quarter, the area bordering Ban Thach ward..., this situation occurs continuously, causing public outrage.
The notice clearly states that the People's Committee of Chien Dan commune strictly prohibits the exploitation, trading, and transportation of raw soil minerals and construction sand. The authorities will confiscate the exhibits, vehicles, and tools for violations and impose penalties according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Chien Dan commune assigned the Commune Police to preside over and coordinate with the Economic Department and village chiefs to develop an inspection and search plan. Village heads are responsible for widely notifying the people.
