The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City said that the unit is implementing a plan to select contractors for the bidding package "Consulting on determining the price of land plot No. 158 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hai Chau ward".
Accordingly, the main content of the work is to determine the value of this land plot at the time of April 18, 2003 (the time Da Nang City People's Committee issued Decision No. 2333/QD-UB). The price determination at the time more than 20 years ago is to serve as a basis for functional agencies to determine arising financial obligations (if any) for this land area.
The package price offered is more than 27 million VND (including value-added tax and related costs). The form of contractor selection applied is short-term contract appointment, with a package contract type. The package implementation time is expected to be within 30 days.
To ensure objectivity and transparency, the Department of Agriculture and Environment (NNMT) of Da Nang City requests interested contractor units to submit capacity dossiers and registration documents within 7 days from the date of issuance of the notice (January 8th).
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development also noted that bidding price information of units will be absolutely confidential. Contractors need to seal and seal envelopes, clearly stating the name of the package outside before submitting registration to participate.
