On January 10, the Land Fund Development Center (Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City) announced the list of land plots and short-term land for lease in the city. The purpose of leasing this time focuses on two groups: Traffic works land (for warehouses, car garages, parking lots) and commercial service land (for business of ornamental plants and ornamental creatures).
This short-term land lease term lasts up to 60 months (5 years). This is considered an ideal period for businesses to feel secure in investing in infrastructure and business equipment without too much worry about being revoked early.
In the list of 26 land plots announced, there are many locations located on major roads, with extremely impressive areas. Specifically, in the large land group, there are 2 land plots over 14,000 m2, including: Land plot A2-6 belonging to the Nam Cau Cam Le residential area (14,515 m2) and land plot A-2 belonging to the Khai Tay 2 resettlement area (14,610 m2). In addition, a series of other land plots located in prime locations are also included in the lease list such as: Land plot 383 Cach Mang Thang Tam (more than 5,600 m2), land plot facing Vo Nguyen Giap street, areas along the Truong Sa, Le Duc Tho, Ly Thai Tong routes...
For resettlement land groups, Da Nang offers 10 areas in projects such as Phuoc Ly 2, Hoa Phat 4, Nam Song Qua Giang... with common areas ranging from several hundred to more than 2,000 m2.
According to the Da Nang City Land Development Center, the organization of lease implementation is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2026. Currently, the unit is coordinating with relevant parties to determine the starting price for auction for lease in accordance with regulations.
