Da Nang will continue to apply the current land price list until the end of 2025

Da Nang issued an official dispatch on applying the Land Price List in Da Nang city (including the old Da Nang city and the old Quang Nam province).

On August 11, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh signed and issued Official Letter No. 973/UBND-KT on applying the Land Price List in Da Nang City (including the old Da Nang City and the old Quang Nam Province).

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Da Nang City proposes that the Da Nang City Tax, the Land Fund Development Center, the Land Registration Office, and the People's Committees of communes/wards continue to apply the Land Price List in Decision No. 09/2020/QD-UBND dated April 7, 2020 for the old Da Nang City and Decision No. 24/2019/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2019 for the old Quang Nam Province to determine financial obligations for land. The application period is until December 31, 2025.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and promptly resolve any arising problems related to the application of land price lists in localities under its authority, especially in border wards and communes.

In case of exceeding the authority, they will advise and report to the City People's Committee for consideration and resolution. Coordinate with relevant agencies and People's Committees of wards and communes to urgently prepare complete procedures to advise the City People's Committee to approve the Land Price List to issue a unified application in the city from January 1, 2026.
