Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Luong Nguyen Minh Triet has just signed a decision approving the investment policy for a public park on an area of 2.45 hectares, reclaimed from the south of Hon Ngoc A Chau Coastal Tourist Area (Ngu Hanh Son Ward).
The park will include a parking lot, walking paths, children's playground, exercise yard, picnic area, sea square, event area, trees, landscape... In addition, there are public toilets combined with beach services, freshwater baths, storage facilities and dressing rooms, creating favorable conditions for people to access the beach.
The total investment capital of the project is more than 47.2 billion VND from the city budget, the implementation period is 2025 - 2027.
Hon Ngoc A Chau coastal tourism area has an area of about 12 hectares, with an investment capital of 4,800 billion VND, granted a certificate more than 15 years ago but has been "covered" for many years, abandoned and overgrown with grass. After many meetings, the Da Nang government and the investor have agreed to reclaim 2.45 hectares in the south of the project to serve the community.
