Inauguration of Quang Da Bridge and the bridge approach road, Software Park No. 2 (phase 1), Renovation and upgrading of Bach Dang 42 facility to build Da Nang Museum.
Upgrading, renovating, repairing historical and cultural relics, relics, works to register martyrs, Renovation and upgrading of Hoang Du Khuong Primary School; Starting construction of upgrading and renovating Park 29/3, Renovation of drainage and underground water supply system, lighting on 4 inner-city routes (Phan Chau Trinh, Le Loi, Hoang Dieu and Ong Ich Khiem).
Applying information technology in the activities of Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the city in the period of 2021-2025, upgrading and renovating the Ngu Hanh Son District Medical Center, the drainage canal from Hoa Nhon resettlement area to Tuy Loan river.
Notably, in the field of construction and urban areas, the Da Nang construction industry expects to continue to recover and develop well thanks to focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles, speeding up the progress of projects and works in the area.
Da Nang City has also partially adjusted the city's general planning to 2030, with a vision to 2045 (Chi Lang Stadium Commercial and Service Complex and Hoa Xuan Sports Complex).
Da Nang City has consulted on canceling decisions approving land use boundary diagrams, land use right transfer boundary diagrams, land leases, and land allocation for management of 5 projects that have not yet allocated land on Son Tra peninsula.
At the same time, the design plan of the project to invest in building a wharf to collect water for fire fighting in Da Nang City will be adjusted, reviewing and handling the shortcomings of the urban drainage system in the city.
Deploy the development of the Project to expand urban space towards the sea in Da Nang Bay, carry out the work of granting construction permits and architectural planning, appraise the dossier to locally adjust the city's general planning until 2030, with a vision to 2045 (cultural and entertainment park area combined with commercial services in the Southeast of the Memorial Monument and Dong Nghe Lake area).
Da Nang City continues to urge the regulation of zoning plans for functional areas in the area, urge the progress of social housing projects, and implement the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the city.
