On the morning of June 23, at the 24th session of the 10th Da Nang City People's Council, term 2021-2026, Mr. Ho Ky Minh - Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee reported on the content of building government, inspection, and justice.
According to Mr. Ho Ky Minh, Da Nang City has issued a project to reorganize and streamline the apparatus of agencies and units under the City People's Committee, People's Committees of districts and to reorganize the apparatus of agencies and units under the City People's Committee, People's Committees of districts and towns, and reorganize specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Hoa Vang district.
Da Nang City has implemented a plan to reorganize the apparatus of State administrative agencies, ensuring urgency so as not to interrupt or miss work.
Notably, Da Nang City has effectively implemented support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers when implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels to ensure the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP.
Da Nang City also issued decisions to transfer ward cadres to civil service ranks (equivalent to the old district level and above) to work in the new ward and appoint them to civil service ranks, salary classification for cadres working in the ward for 210 ward cadres of the district and 184 commune cadres and civil servants of Hoa Vang district (old).
The implementation of the arrangement of administrative units at the provincial and commune levels must comply with the Central's orientation, ensuring appropriate quantity and scale, meeting the requirements of organizing local governments at both levels to operate effectively, efficiently and efficiently.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Inspectorate has conducted 5 planned inspections; 2 thematic inspections; implemented Conclusion No. 229/KL-TTTP dated December 31, 2024 on inspecting the implementation of the Decisions to resolve complaints and Conclusions of denunciations of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City for the period 2019-2023.
The work of receiving, classifying and handling petitions, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections has been carried out quickly and promptly. In the first 6 months of 2025, 96 petitions were received, 82 petitions were processed, reaching 85%.
Synthesize reports on asset and income declaration in 2024 to the Government Inspectorate; issue Plans to verify assets and income in 2025.
Also in the first 6 months of 2025, the Judiciary has reviewed and processed legal documents related to the organization of the apparatus, reviewing legal documents according to the 2-level government model.
From there, the appraisal aims to detect unreasonable, contradictory, overlapping regulations, regulations that are not in accordance with superior documents or the socio-economic development situation of the locality before submitting to competent authorities for consideration and promulgation; effectively implementing State management in the field of judicial support.
The Department has also conducted inspections, rectification and handling of violations by organizations in accordance with regulations.
