Da Nang seeks land price advice for Times Square

Da Nang - The Department of Agriculture and Environment invited a consulting unit to determine specific land prices for many land plots belonging to the Times Square project.

On December 28, the Da Nang Department of Agriculture and Environment issued a notice inviting units to participate in the bidding package: Consulting on determining land prices for land plots CT1, CT2, CT3 and CT7 belonging to the Times Square project, An Hai ward, Da Nang city (3rd time).

According to the notice, it is necessary to determine the specific land price for residential land and commercial service land of this project at the time of valuation in May 2023.

The package price is more than 274 million VND (including VAT and related costs). The form of contractor selection is short-term appointment. Implementation time is within 30 days from the date of signing the contract.

The capacity dossiers and registration documents of consulting units must be submitted within 7 days from the date of issuance of the notice.

This is the 3rd time the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City has issued an invitation to bid for this consulting package to soon complete legal procedures on financial and land obligations for the Times Square project - one of the projects with prime locations in the coastal area of Da Nang.
