On October 6, the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced that the unit had just issued a Plan to implement the 9-day campaign to build and complete the land database and a Decision to establish a Working Group to implement the campaign (abbreviated as Working Group 515.
The campaign will be implemented from September 1 to November 30, 2025 throughout the city, including communes, wards, villages, hamlets, residential groups, residential groups, etc.
The goal of the campaign is to complete the city's land database, ensuring the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - living - unified - shared", creating a foundation for the development of e-Government, serving the State management of land in a transparent and effective manner.
Notably, the implementation of the campaign also aims to improve the quality of public service provision, reform and simplify administrative procedures on land for people and businesses in the electronic environment; At the same time, ensure that the city's land database is connected, shared and synchronized smoothly with the national population database and other specialized databases, serving sustainable socio-economic development.
Working Group 515 will be led by Mr. Pham Nam Son - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City, Ms. Trinh Thi Thanh Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment as Permanent Deputy Head of the Working Group, along with 24 members representing relevant departments, branches and units.
The working group will be responsible for researching and proposing to Steering Committee 515 to issue and implement the 9-day campaign plan to build and complete the Land database;
Assist the Steering Committee in urging and inspecting localities in establishing a Steering Committee at the commune level, organizing the implementation of the Campaign, collecting all types of Land Use Rights Certificates, houses, citizen identification cards (CCCD) of land users and home owners that have not been updated in the LandDL, in order to complete all land data of the city.
In addition, the Working Group also increased propaganda and dissemination of information during the campaign implementation, contributing to raising awareness of people and businesses;
Carry out other tasks as required by Steering Committee 515, ensuring that the campaign is deployed synchronously, effectively, and on schedule.
