The accident occurred at around 5:00 p.m. on October 5, on National Highway 13 through Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at that time, a woman was riding a motorbike on National Highway 13 from Ben Cat to Thu Dau Mot.
When approaching the Suoi Giua toll station, the woman's motorbike collided with another motorbike carrying 2 people. The accident caused all 3 minor injuries. While these people were talking to each other to resolve the collision, there was a loud noise behind them.
This group of people returned and saw the accident between a motorbike and a passenger bus. The man on the motorbike fell onto the road and died at the scene. The accident was reported to the authorities immediately.

Upon receiving the report, the authorities of Chanh Hiep ward were present to protect the scene and regulate traffic on National Highway 13.
At the scene, two motorbikes collided and were lying next to the sidewalk in the lane for rudimentary vehicles.
The motorbike and the body of the deceased were about 5m away. The motorbike fell into the car lane. The passenger bus also stopped at the scene.

The identity of the deceased victim was identified as Mr. N.V.H (born in 1991, from Tuy An, formerly Phu Yen province - now Dak Lak province).
As of 6:00 p.m. the same day, the authorities were still investigating the accident.
