On August 5, the Dak Lak Provincial Department of Construction informed that the competent authority had just approved the investment policy for 2 social housing construction projects (independent).
Accordingly, the social housing project north of Tran Phu Street (Tuy Hoa Ward) is being implemented on a land area of 8,236m2 (construction area of about 3,700m2), with a maximum of 13 floors and about 480 apartments. Each apartment has an area of 35 to 70m2, with a total investment of 548 billion VND.
The An Phu social housing project (Binh Kien ward) is being built on an area of 43,228m2 (construction area of about 17,291m2), 10 to 15 floors high, about 2,270 apartments. Each apartment has an area of 35 to 70m2, with a total investment of 2,584 billion VND.
Currently, in Dak Lak province, there are 4 social housing projects invested by enterprises. The construction works from 20% of the land fund have completed the infrastructure, registered to be completed in 2025.
These include the Ha Huy Tap residential area project, Tan An ward (330 apartments); Km7 urban residential area, Tan An ward (797 apartments); Mai Hac De Commercial - Hotel - Housing complex No. 02 (155 apartments); multi-functional complex No. 161 Nguyen Chi Thanh (66 apartments).
Mr. Le Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Dak Lak province - said that these projects are and have completed 352 social housing units.
It is expected that by the end of 2025, the projects will be eligible for sale and the completion of 1,348 apartments. At the same time, the locality will start construction of 2 projects with more than 900 social housing units.
Thus, in 2025, the province will basically achieve the target (according to Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated February 27, 2025 of the Prime Minister) of completing 2,255 social housing units (including completion and construction).
