On the morning of February 21, information from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that the unit had just assigned departments, branches and the Krong Ana District People's Committee to coordinate in implementing the Buon Cham Industrial Cluster (50ha) in Buon Trap town, Krong Ana district.
The units are responsible for guiding, inspecting, and urging investors to carry out investment procedures, compensation, site clearance, land allocation and lease.
Units support traffic connection, water supply, labor recruitment, implementation of incentives and related procedures. The goal is to ensure that the project of building and trading technical infrastructure is on schedule and in accordance with legal regulations.
In addition, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee also requested investment advice on infrastructure items outside the industrial cluster.
The contents include: Transportation, electricity and water supply, and land allocation to build housing for workers. This is to ensure the stable and efficient operation of Buon Cham industrial cluster.
Previously, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision (No. 273/QD-UBND dated February 14, 2025) on the establishment of Buon Cham Industrial Cluster, Krong Ana district.
Buon Cham Industrial Cluster has a scale of 50 hectares, located in Buon Trap town, Krong Ana district. The main occupations are processing agricultural products, textiles, garments, mechanical production, repair, etc.
Du Hung Development Investment Company Limited, Buon Ma Thuot city is the investor in the construction of technical infrastructure with a scale of 14 50% of planned land.
The total estimated investment capital is 260 billion VND. The implementation progress is 24 months from the date of the land allocation decision of the competent State agency.
