On August 1, the Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center said that it had just issued a document requesting departments, branches, localities and business associations, tourism, and real estate to coordinate in propagating and introducing information about 17 land plots being organized for land use rights auctions in the province to attract investors to participate.
According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the auction of land use rights aims to effectively exploit the land fund, generate revenue for the budget and mobilize resources to serve the socio-economic development of the locality.
Currently, 17 land plots have been issued auction notices by property auction organizations. In which, Property Auction Service Center No. 1 of the province issued 9 notices and Property Auction Service Center No. 2 of the province issued 8 notices.
According to the plan, the time to receive applications to participate in the auction is from August 4 to 12, 2026; the auction sessions will be held from August 20 to 28, 2026.
The list of 17 auctioned land plots includes many locations with potential for urban, commercial and service development in both the East and West of Dak Lak province.
The total area of land plots is more than 285,700 m2, the total starting price is nearly 4,937 billion VND, and the deposit is about 987 billion VND.
In which, the group of land plots in the East of the province has a total area of more than 251,800 m2, starting price of nearly 3,978 billion VND, notably high-class housing and apartments along Hung Vuong street in Binh Kien ward; commercial service land plots in Tuy Hoa ward; hotel land in the Southern Urban Area of Tuy Hoa city.
In the western area of the province, 9 land plots with a total area of nearly 33,930 m2, starting price of more than 958 billion VND, mainly concentrated in Buon Ma Thuot and Tan An wards.
Many land plots located in prime locations on Nguyen Tat Thanh, Truong Chinh, Dinh Le, Doan Khue streets, and some other land plots have been recovered from businesses to organize auctions according to regulations.
The Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center said that promoting auction information will contribute to improving competitiveness, transparency, increasing budget revenue and concretizing the province's investment attraction goals after the 2026 Investment Promotion Conference.
