LTA Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 43 residential land plots in Vuc Cau area (now Suoi Gam village), Cam Khe commune, Phu Tho province. The land plots have a starting price from 894 million VND to more than 1.5 billion VND.
According to the announcement, the land plots have an area from 89.4 m2 to 125.1 m2. Most land plots are determined to have a starting price of 10 million VND/m2, especially plot LK04-08 with an area of 125.1 m2 is put up for auction with a starting price of 12 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.5 billion VND.
The deposit ranges from 280 million VND to 415 million VND depending on the land plot. The auction is organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising the bid price.
Participants are organizations and individuals who meet the conditions to be allocated land by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and meet the conditions of the Property Auction Law.
According to the plan, the auction will take place at 8:00 AM on August 10th at the Hall of Cam Khe Commune People's Committee.
Time to receive registration dossiers until 5 pm on August 5. Participants can submit dossiers directly or send them by post according to regulations.
Auction information has been publicly posted for organizations and individuals in need to access and participate in accordance with regulations.
