On July 26, according to PV's investigation, Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to organize a land use right auction for a non-agricultural production facility land plot in Binh Lu commune.
According to the decision, the land plot has an area of 4, 823.5m2, planned for use for the purpose of building non-agricultural production facilities (symbol SKC).
The form of land use is that the State leases land through land use right auctions, with the method of paying rent once for the entire lease term.
The land use term is 50 years from the date the Provincial People's Committee issues the decision.
The land put up for auction is in accordance with the General Plan of Binh Lu commune to 2045 approved by Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 642/QD-UBND dated April 4, 2026.
According to the dossier, the land plot currently has assets attached to the land, and is also invested in completing technical infrastructure systems such as transportation, electricity and water supply, meeting the requirements of serving production activities.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Lai Chau Provincial Land Fund Development Center to organize the auction according to regulations.
In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Department of Justice, Provincial Police, Lai Chau Provincial Tax Department and Binh Lu Commune People's Committee are assigned to coordinate the implementation of related tasks according to their functions, authority and legal regulations.
