Da Nang City Department of Construction has just officially announced the list of businesses providing brokerage, consulting, management services and real estate trading floors that have fully implemented legal procedures according to the new regulations of the 2023 Real Estate Business Law.
Up to now, there are 36 real estate brokerage service businesses and 3 transaction floors in the city that have completed procedures.
Licensed real estate trading floor groups: NaVi Real Estate Trading Floor (121 Hoang Van Thu, Phuoc Ninh ward), THT Home Real Estate Investment and Trading Floor Co., Ltd. (50 Cao Xuan Huy, Cam Le ward), Ngoc Chien Thang Island Real Estate Trading Floor Co., Ltd. (422 2 Thang 9 street, Hoa Cuong ward).
Some brokerage units in 36 units have publicly disclosed information such as SCD Real Estate Group JSC, Regal Group JSC, Minh Minh Group JSC, Dat Xanh Mien Trung Business and Investment JSC, BHS Mien Trung JSC...
According to the Da Nang Department of Construction, businesses operating before August 1, 2024 but not meeting the conditions according to the new Law will have a 6-month deadline for supplementation.
From February 1, 2025, all real estate service businesses (trading floors, brokerage, consulting, management) if they do not fully meet the conditions according to the 2023 Real Estate Business Law will not ensure operating conditions and will be handled according to the provisions of law.
Da Nang Department of Construction also requires units when there are changes in business information, representatives or lists of brokerage staff to have timely written reports to update on the housing and real estate market information system.
