The Department of Construction requires contractors to develop a comprehensive safety plan, clearly identify dangerous areas and organize professional training for safety management workers.
In particular, contractors must absolutely stop construction when they detect the risk of labor accidents or incidents causing unsafety. Only when violations are rectified and safety conditions are ensured is it allowed to continue implementation.

Periodically every quarter, units must review, statistically analyze and send a list of works using equipment and materials that have strict labor safety requirements (such as tower axles, lifts, slider systems, concrete pumps...) to the Department of Construction to summarize and report to the City People's Committee.
For investors, the Department of Construction requires selecting consulting units and contractors with sufficient capacity. Investors have the right and responsibility to temporarily suspend or suspend construction for contractors if they consider that the construction quality does not meet technical requirements or the construction measures are at risk of causing accidents.
