Also after Lao Dong Newspaper's reflection on the construction on agricultural land, the People's Committee of Song Phuong Commune (Hoai Duc, Hanoi) issued Decision No. 94 to administratively sanction Mr. Ha Nhat Linh (born in 1972) for administrative violations in the field of land: Using agricultural land to non-agricultural land without permission from a competent State agency.
According to the penalty document, Mr. Linh built an iron frame surrounded by corrugated iron walls and glass with a total area of 156m2 in Sau Cau area, Song Phuong commune. The fine is 4 million VND.
