Auction of 11 service land plots in Phu Tho, starting price of nearly 10 billion VND

Phu Tho - 11 service land plots in Vinh Hung commune are about to be auctioned.

On January 18, according to PV's source, Property Auction Service Center No. 02 of Phu Tho province has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for 11 residential land plots in the Dong Chuc service area, Vinh Hung commune.

According to the announcement, all land plots have an area of 100m2, starting price of 9 million VND/m2, equivalent to 900 million VND per plot. The total starting value of 11 land plots is about 9.9 billion VND. The auction form is carried out by indirect voting via post office.

Auction participants must pay a deposit of 180 million VND/lot, and a dossier purchase fee of 100,000 VND. The land has a long-term use term, and the purpose of use is residential land.

Participants are individuals who meet the conditions for being allocated residential land by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.

The time to sell and receive auction registration dossiers is from January 7, 2026 to 5:00 PM on January 20, 2026 at Property Auction Service Center No. 02 and Vinh Hung Commune People's Committee.

The bid must be sent by post and to the Center before the deadline for receiving applications.

It is expected that the auction will take place at 8:00 AM on January 23, 2026 at the hall of Vinh Hung Commune People's Committee. In case each land plot has only one eligible participant, that land plot will not be auctioned and the deposit will be returned according to regulations.
