Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 13 land plots belonging to the Project to build technical infrastructure for the old Me Linh district land use right auction area (now Quang Minh commune, Hanoi City).
The total area of land plots put up for auction is 1,341 m2, the area of each plot ranges from 81.7 m2 to 164.2 m2. The starting price is determined to be 16,840,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the upward bidding method. The price step applied in round 1 is 44,000 VND/m2; from round 2 onwards, the price step is 1,000 VND/m2.
The time for selling bid invitations is from 8:00 AM on February 13, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Participants submit applications directly at the Quang Minh Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board or at the headquarters of Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on March 8, 2026 (Sunday) at the Hall of Quang Minh Commune Political Center (Noi Dong village, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi City).
The organizing unit notes that participants must be present at least 60 minutes before the auction time to complete the procedures. In case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid document or authorization letter, notarized according to regulations, clearly stating the auction information, content and term of authorization, rights and responsibilities of the parties.
In an auction session organized according to each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction; if they have participated in the auction of a land plot, they are not allowed to simultaneously receive authorization from another subject to auction the same land plot.
