Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 13 land plots (Zone A and Zone B) in the Project to build technical infrastructure for the land allocation auction area DG 06 of Sai Son Commune Ring Road, Quoc Oai District, Hanoi City (now Quoc Oai Commune, Hanoi City).
Land plots with areas from 70.4 m2 to 101.8 m2. Among them, plots with symbols A1-A5 have a starting price of 14,225,500 VND/m2; plots with symbols B1-B8 have a starting price of 9,545,000 VND/m2.

The price step applied generally to land plots and in auction rounds is 3,000,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the session, at least 6 mandatory rounds, according to the upward bidding method. In case in any auction round before the 6th round, the highest valid bidding price has appeared, at least equal to the starting price approved by the Commune People's Committee plus 5 price steps, and in the next round there are no more bidders, the bidder of that price is determined to win the auction. The auction session ends when there are no more bidders.
The time to sell auction invitation documents is from 8:00 AM on February 13, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Participants can refer to information and buy documents directly at the Quoc Oai Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on March 7, 2026 (Saturday) at Quoc Oai Commune General Service Center.
The organizers noted that participants must be present at least 60 minutes before the auction to complete the procedures. In case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid authorization document, notarized according to regulations, clearly stating the auction session information, content and term of authorization, rights and responsibilities of the parties.
In an auction session organized according to each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction; if they have participated in the auction of a land plot, they are not allowed to simultaneously receive authorization from another subject to auction the same land plot.
