Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the organization of an auction session for residential land use rights for 1 land plot at point X2, Yen Vinh village, Thanh Lam commune, former Me Linh district (now Quang Minh commune), 4 land plots at the Noi Dong Resettlement Area Construction Project (serving Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region) and 9 commercial land plots at the Garden and Office project.
Land plots have areas ranging from 76.37 m2 to 178.0 m2. The starting price ranges from 10,940,000 VND/m2 to 16,840,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session and a maximum of 2 auction rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
The price step applied to the land plot at point X2, Yen Vinh village, Thanh Lam commune, Me Linh district (now Quang Minh commune, Hanoi city) is 45,000 VND/m2. The price step applied for auction round 2 onwards is 1,00,000 VND/m2.
At the Noi Dong resettlement area construction project (serving Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region), the price step applied for auction round No. 1 is 44,000 VND/m2. The price step applied for auction round No. 2 onwards is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
At the Garden and Office Project, the price step applied to auction round No. 1 is 34,000 VND/m2. The price step applied to auction round No. 2 and later is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
The time to sell auction invitation documents is from 8:00 AM on February 13, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Auction participants submit auction participation documents to the Property Auction Practice Organization directly at the headquarters: Quang Minh Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National.
The auction session is held at 2:00 PM on March 8, 2026 (Sunday) at the Hall of Quang Minh Commune Political Center.
The organizing committee notes that auction participants must be present at the auction venue at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room. In case of authorization to participate in the auction, when attending the auction session, there must be a valid document or Authorization Certificate, fully notarized in accordance with legal regulations, with specific and clear authorization content (specifically stating information about the auction, authorization work, authorization term; rights and responsibilities of the authorizing party, the authorizing recipient, subject information... ).
In an auction session, the method of organizing auctions according to each land plot, one person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction and if they are already a subject participating in the auction for the same land plot at the auction session, they are not allowed to receive authorized representative of another subject participating in the auction when auctioning the same land plot.
At 8:30 am on March 8, 2026, Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National will organize an auction of residential land use rights for 13 land plots belonging to the Project to build technical infrastructure for the old Me Linh district land use right auction area (now Quang Minh commune, Hanoi City).
The total area of land plots put up for auction is 1,341 m2, the area of each plot ranges from 81.7 m2 to 164.2 m2. The starting price is determined to be 16,840,000 VND/m2. The time to sell bidding documents is from 8:00 AM on February 13, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Participants submit documents directly at the Quang Minh Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or at the headquarters of Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National.
