On April 27, according to PV's investigation, the land use right auction notice has just been issued, a total of 15 land plots belonging to the service land area of Tich Son ward, Vinh Phuc province (old), now Vinh Yen ward, Phu Tho province will be auctioned in May.
Land plots with symbols from C23 to C37 and D32-DV04 to D10-DV04.
Each plot has an area of 105 m2, with a starting price of 8.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to 924 million VND/lot.
The total area of land plots put up for auction is 1,575 m2, the total starting price reaches about 13.86 billion VND. The deposit amount is regulated at 462 million VND/plot, equivalent to 50% of the starting price.
Regarding the organizing unit, a notice stated that the Phu Tho Provincial Property Auction Service Center is the implementing unit.
The auctioned assets are all owned by Vinh Yen Ward People's Committee, and the agency assigned to organize the implementation is the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward.
The auction form applied is indirect voting, according to the method of bidding up with a price step of 1,000 VND/m2. Participants need to submit dossiers with a fee of 100,000 VND/dossier (non-refundable), each dossier can only register one land plot.
The time for selling and receiving applications lasts from April 23 to 5 pm on May 15, 2026. Participants can view actual assets in 3 days from May 4-6, 2026, during office hours.
The deposit is paid within the same time frame, through a bank transfer to the auction unit's account, with the requirement not to pay on behalf and not to write the land plot symbol when transferring money.
Bid invitations are sent by post to the auction organizing unit. The expected results will be announced at 8:00 AM on May 20 at the Hall of the Military Command of Vinh Yen Ward (former Thanh Tru Commune People's Committee headquarters).
According to regulations, auction participants must be Vietnamese individuals who are subject to land allocation by the State under the 2024 Land Law, and are not prohibited from participating in auctions.
The winning bid price does not include financial obligations such as registration fees, fees for issuing land use right certificates and other related costs.
