On April 17, the Property Auction Service Center (Hanoi Department of Justice) will organize an auction session for residential land use rights for 5 land plots from L02-09 to L02-13 in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune) and 10 land plots in Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city. The land plots have an area of 90 - 96.83 m2, with starting prices including 2 levels of 11,315,000 VND/m2 and 12,490,000 VND/m2.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 am on April 17, 2026, at the Hall of the Management Board of Investment - Infrastructure Projects of Hat Mon commune. Auction participants are present at the hall at 8:00 am to complete procedures, carrying citizen identification cards (original) to check their qualifications.
It is expected that on April 24th, the auction of land use rights for 17 land plots (Zone A and B) at land plot DG 06 of the Sai Son Commune Ring Road, former Quoc Oai district (now Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi City) will take place.
The land plots have an area of 96.6 - 119 m2; the starting price includes 2 levels: 9, 545,000 VND/m2 and 14, 225, 500 VND/m2. The auction is expected to take place at 8:30 am on April 24, 2026, at the Quoc Oai Commune General Service Center.
On April 25, Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National organized an auction of the right to use 46 residential land plots in Ao Kho area, Binh An village, Trung Gia commune, Hanoi City.
The total land area is 4,452 m2, each plot has an area from 85.2 m2 to 120m2. The starting price ranges from 21,624,680 VND/m2 to 30,232,902 VND/m2. The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on April 25, 2026, at the Hall of Trung Gia Commune People's Committee.
Also on April 25, Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company organized an auction of land use rights for 9 land plots in Dam Ngai 1 area, Da Phuc commune, Hanoi city. The general price step applied to land plots is 200,000 VND/m2. The purchase price of auction participation documents is 200,000 VND/dossier/land plot.
The total land area is 1,210 m2, of which the area of each plot ranges from 110 m2 to 220 m2. Starting price from 19.5 - 28.8 million VND/m2. The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on April 25, 2026 (Saturday), at the hall of Da Phuc Commune People's Committee.
On April 28, Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company organized an auction of residential land use rights to allocate land with land use fees for 18 land plots, with a total area of 3,345m2 in Roc Lang area, Thuong 2 Phung Xa village, Hong Son commune, Hanoi City (phase 1).
The land plots have an area of 156 - 284.5 m2. The starting price includes two levels: 4,255,000 VND/m2 and 5,270,000 VND/m2. The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on April 28, 2026, at the Hall of the People's Council - People's Committee of Hong Son commune (No. 113 Cong Ha street, Ha So village, Hong Son commune, Hanoi City).
