23 land plots in the 1 commercial land area of the Hung Nga project have a total area of 2, 495.7m2, the starting price for each plot is 15, 740,000 VND/m2. For 2 land plots at Point X2, Yen Vinh village, the total area is 299.3m2, the starting price for each plot is 10, 940,000 VND/m2. The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on May 8, 2026 at the Hall of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Quang Minh commune.
On the same day, May 8, Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company organized an auction of residential land use rights for 12 land plots in Song Moi auction area, Hoa Xa commune, old Ung Hoa district (now Hoa Xa commune, Hanoi City).
The total land area is 1,456.4m2; the area of plots ranges from 116.3-130.6m2, starting price 11,786,000 VND/m2. The auction will be held at 8:30 am on May 8, 2026 at the Large Hall of the Management Board of Investment - Infrastructure Projects of Hoa Xa commune.
Also on May 8, in Hat Mon commune, Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company organized an auction of residential land use rights for 5 land plots L02-14, from L03-13 to L03-16 Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune) and 15 land plots from LK2-6 to LK2-20 Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi City.

On May 9, Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National organized an auction of residential land use rights for 19 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of land auction for residential land use rights ĐG31 in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, old Quoc Oai district (now Hung Dao commune, Hanoi City).
The total area of the land plots is 1,754.4m2, the starting price ranges from 9,101,000 VND/m2 to 9,255,000 VND/m2. The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on May 9, 2026 at the hall of Hung Dao Commune People's Committee (hamlet 2, Hung Dao commune, Hanoi).
