Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National in coordination with Thuan An Commune People's Committee has just successfully organized an auction of residential land use rights for 15 land plots belonging to the N-PT4 planning area in Han Lac village, Thuan An commune.
The total area of the land plot is 2,127.62m2; the starting price ranges from 25,817,500 VND/m2 to 40,00050,000 VND/m2. The land plots are for residential land, long-term use, in the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees. The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session (minimum 1 round, maximum 2 rounds), according to the up-pricing method.
The auction is organized to effectively exploit land funds, increase local budget revenue to serve technical infrastructure investment and promote socio-economic development in the area.
The auction attracted a large number of people and investors to participate. As a result, the lowest winning bid price reached 65,817,500 VND/m2, while the land plot with the highest winning price reached 86,550,000 VND/m2. The total winning bid amount reached more than 102.204 billion VND.
According to Thuan An Commune People's Committee, the successful organization of the auction of land plots belonging to the planning area coded N-PT4 (Han Lac village) contributes to increasing resources for the locality, creating conditions for Thuan An commune to continue investing in completing technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, improving the quality of people's lives and promoting local development according to the set direction.
