According to witnesses at the scene, at about 10:15 am on May 11, a fire suddenly broke out at Volume Club karaoke bar. Black smoke quickly covered the area, causing many people to panic.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi City Police dispatched nearly 10 fire trucks and functional forces to the scene to organize firefighting and rescue.
Recorded at the scene, thick smoke rose from the karaoke bar area. Functional forces are urgently deploying measures to control the fire.
Some witnesses said that initially they only saw smoke coming from inside the shop. After that, the smoke became thicker and thicker, accompanied by some small explosions, causing many people to shout for fire alarms.
