Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just successfully organized an auction of land use rights for 24 plots of land with a total area of 6,028.9m2 in BT02 area of Van Dinh town, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city on May 5.
The plots of land have an area of 248 - 268m2, starting price from 17.2 - 18.6 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction, with a minimum of 1 mandatory round and a maximum of 2 rounds according to the method of bidding up.
Today's auction attracted 66 customers with about 300 applications. At the end of the session, all 24 plots of land were successfully auctioned. Accordingly, the plot with the highest winning price was 63.6 million VND/m2. After this auction, Ung Hoa district is expected to collect more than 278 billion VND.
Previously, on April 11, Ung Hoa District People's Committee successfully organized 2 auctions of land use rights for 50 plots of land in the new residential area of Yen Truong village, Truong Thinh commune.
In the morning session, 25 plots of land from LK-01-01 to LK-03-01 have a total area of 2,616.3m2. As a result, all plots had auction participants and won the auction successfully with a total value of nearly 98 billion VND. In the afternoon auction, 25 plots of land from LK-03-02 to LK-05-03, total area 2,638.4m2.
The lowest winning price in both sessions was 26.2 million VND/m2, belonging to lot LK-01-01. Meanwhile, the highest winning price was up to 47.3 million VND/m2, recorded at lot LK-02-07. Total budget revenue from the two auctions is expected to reach nearly 196 billion VND.
On April 10, Ung Hoa district also successfully auctioned 23/26 land lots in Xa Cau village, Quang Phu Cau commune. The total area of the plots of land put up for auction is 2,490.4m2, with starting prices from 9.9 million VND/m2 to 12.4 million VND/m2. The auction was organized publicly and transparently, in accordance with the process and regulations of the law.
As a result, the highest winning bid reached 52.9 million VND/m2, belonging to the land plot marked DG1-07, with an area of 97.9m2. The lowest winning price was 36.3 million VND/m2, belonging to lot DG2-18, area 103.2m2.
On May 6, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company organized an auction of residential land use rights for 21 plots of land in LK01 area of Van Dinh town, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 107 - 120m2, starting price from 14.3 - 17.2 million VND/m2. The auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on June 6 at the Ung Hoa District Cultural, Information and Sports Center.
Also on May 6, an auction of 20 plots of land in LK01 area of Van Dinh town and 1 plot of land in the new residential area of Zone 1, Tu Duong village, Cao Thanh commune (now Cao Son Tien commune) Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city took place.
The plots of land have an area of 99 - 164m2, starting price from 7.7 - 17.9 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction, with a minimum of 1 mandatory round and a maximum of 2 rounds according to the method of bidding up.
The auction will be held at 2:00 p.m. on June 6 at the Ung Hoa District Cultural, Information and Sports Center.
