On August 8, according to PV's investigation, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 31 residential land plots in Phu Ninh commune.
Land plots with residential land use purposes, long-term use term, the State allocates land with land use fees.
Notably, the highest starting price is 8 million VND/m2, applied to plot number 5 in Doi Quan area (Zone 10, former Phu Ninh commune). The land plot is 67m2 wide, starting price is 536 million VND, deposit is 250 million VND.
In Hop Khiem Duoi area (zone 8, former Phu Ninh commune), cell number 10 has an area of 147m2, starting price 4.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to 632.1 million VND.
Khau La resettlement area (zone 6, former Phu Nham commune) has many land plots with a starting price of 2.9 million VND/m2. Area from 171-223m2, starting price from 495.9-646.7 million VND/plot.
Meanwhile, the lowest starting price is 1.5 million VND/m2, belonging to plot number 06 in Doc Xep area (zone 11, former Phu Loc commune). The land plot is 278m2 wide, starting price 417 million VND.
The auction is conducted in the form of indirect voting by raising bids. The time to submit dossiers, bids and deposits is until 5:00 PM on August 25, 2026.
Price announcement will begin at 8:00 AM on August 28, 2026 at the Hall of Phu Ninh Commune Conference Center, Phu Tho province.
Participants must be present 30 minutes in advance and bring the original citizen identification card along with a deposit slip to complete the procedures.
