On the morning of August 8, 2026, Nguyen Trai Commune People's Committee organized a land use right auction in the new residential area of Van Nhue commune, An Thi district (old), now Nguyen Trai commune, Hung Yen province.
Attending and supervising the auction were Ms. Dang Thi Thuy - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Council; leaders of grassroots tax authorities of 4 provinces of Hung Yen; leaders of the Economic Department, Office of the Commune People's Council-People's Committee; Public Administration Service Center, General Service Center, and members of the Supervisory Team.
This is an activity to effectively manage, exploit and use land resources, and at the same time create conditions for people in need to access residential land funds, stabilize their housing and gradually improve their quality of life.
The organization of the auction is carried out publicly, transparently, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the rights of participating organizations and individuals.
As a result, 14 land plots were successfully auctioned. Thereby contributing to improving the efficiency of state management of land, creating consensus among the people and promoting the formation and development of new residential areas in Nguyen Trai commune.
