Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 10 residential land plots in the Resettlement Area (phase 2) in Thong Nhat village, Cuong Loi commune.
According to the notice, the 10 land plots have a total area of 1,650m2, each plot is 165m2 wide, belonging to the Sub-project of site clearance of the Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 3B Xuat Hoa - Po Ma Border Gate (Km0 - Km66+600).
The land has completed site clearance, invested in technical infrastructure according to the plan, has no disputes and has a long-term term of use.
Each land plot is put up for auction with a starting price of 82.5 million VND. The deposit is 8.25 million VND/plot, equivalent to 10% of the starting price.
The auction is conducted in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, the method is to bid up.
People in need can see the actual location of the land plots. The selling and receiving time for registration to participate in the auction lasts until 5:00 PM on August 18, 2026, at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center and the Cuong Loi Commune General Service Center.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 9:30 am on August 21, 2026, at the headquarters of Cuong Loi Commune People's Committee. Participants must meet the conditions according to the provisions of the Law on Property Auction and fully fulfill financial obligations if winning the auction.
