According to Lao Dong, outside the lobby, a series of brokers were bustlingly offering plots of land for sale with a price difference of 500-600 million VND/plot. When the reporter expressed his interest in buying a plot of land, many brokers "raced" each other to lower the price difference of the plots by 100-200 million VND/plot.
Previously, as Lao Dong reported, although the auction had not ended, many "brokers" were waiting outside to sell the land at a higher price. Ms. N.T.H said that a friend in her group won the auction for 2 land lots in Ha Khau, Phu Luong ward (Ha Dong, Hanoi).
Accordingly, the first plot of land in Ha Khau (code 1B-16) with an area of 62.5m2 with the winning bid price of 146 million VND/m2 equivalent to more than 9.1 billion VND is being sold by Ms. N.T.H for a difference of 600 million VND. Raising the price of the plot of land to more than 9.7 billion VND/plot.
In addition, another lot in Ha Khau (code 2B-16) also had a winning bid of 146 million VND/m2 and was sold for a difference of 400 million VND/m2. Equivalent to more than 9.5 billion VND/lot.
On October 19, Ha Dong district organized an auction of 27 plots of land. The plots of land auctioned in Ha Dong district have an area of 48 - 72 square meters in the Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (Area B), Chua Sau area and Duoc area in three wards including Phu Luong, Yen Nghia and Duong Noi, with a starting price of 22.8 - 32.2 million VND/m2; the deposit for each plot ranges from over 200 - 400 million VND.
