The land lot with the highest price up to now is the land lot in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, which was pushed up to 220 million VND/m2.
"I buy land to serve my real housing needs, so if the price exceeds my ability to pay, I will give up and choose other options," Mr. L.B.T shared.
According to the reporter's records, although the auction has not ended, many "brokers" are waiting outside to sell the land at a high price. Ms. N.T.H said that a friend in her group won the auction of 2 land lots in Ha Khau, Phu Luong ward (Ha Dong, Hanoi).
Accordingly, the first plot of land in Ha Khau (code 1B-16) with an area of 62.5m2 with the winning bid price of 146 million VND/m2 equivalent to more than 9.1 billion VND is being sold by Ms. N.T.H for a difference of 600 million VND. Raising the price of the plot of land to more than 9.7 billion VND/plot.
In addition, another lot in Ha Khau (code 2B-16) also had a winning bid of 146 million VND/m2 and was sold for a difference of 400 million VND/m2. Equivalent to more than 9.5 billion VND/lot.
As reported by Lao Dong, on October 19, Ha Dong district organized an auction of 27 plots of land. The plots of land auctioned in Ha Dong district have an area of 48 - 72 square meters in the Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (Area B), Chua Sau area and Duoc area in three wards including Phu Luong, Yen Nghia and Duong Noi, with a starting price of 22.8 - 32.2 million VND/m2; the deposit for each plot ranges from over 200 - 400 million VND.
