The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board in coordination with the Hanoi Asset Auction Service Center has just organized an auction of land use rights for 5 land plots from L02-09 to L02-13 in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune) and 10 land plots in Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city on April 17.
The land plot put up for auction includes 5 land plots from L02-09 to L02-13 in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune); Total area 480m2 and 10 land plots in Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (now Hat Mon commune); Total area 1,393.66m2. The purpose of use of the land plots is residential land, private use, long-term term.
Currently, the project has been invested in building technical infrastructure systems such as ground leveling, internal traffic roads, domestic electricity supply system, and drainage system to build houses on the auctioned land.
The auction session is conducted in the form of direct voting at the auction with a maximum of 3 rounds, the auction method is to bid up.
The auction winner is the person with a valid bid and the highest bidding price. As a result, 5 customers won the auction for residential land use rights for land plots from L02-09 to L02-13 in Cat Ha, Tam Thuan area and 10 customers won the auction for residential land use rights in Cau Loc - Giao Ha, Ngoc Tao area, the highest bidding price was 71,460,000 VND/m2 and the lowest bidding price was 49,000 VND/m2.
