The land area of nearly 8,000m2 in Phan Dinh Phung ward will be auctioned to select investors to implement the housing project, with a starting price of more than 110.7 billion VND.
Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center has just issued a decision and announced the auction of land use rights to select investors to implement the Housing Area Project in Group 15, Phan Dinh Phung Ward.
Accordingly, the land area is 7,955.41m2, including residential land and technical infrastructure land.
On the land, there are currently old working headquarters of a number of agencies and units handed over to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management and handling.
The project is expected to have a population scale of about 780 people, including a 21-story above-ground apartment building, 2 basements and 13 7-story adjacent houses, with 1 basement.
Preliminary total project implementation costs are approximately 632.5 billion VND, with a implementation period of 48 months from the date of land allocation.
The starting price for land use rights is 110.775 billion VND, the price step is 3 billion VND. The deposit is equal to 20% of the starting price, equivalent to 22.155 billion VND.
The auction is conducted in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids.
The auction is expected to take place at 9:30 am on September 30, 2026 at the Branch of the Land Fund Development Center Area I, Phan Dinh Phung ward.
Participating investors must have owner's equity of at least 20% of total investment capital, equivalent to about 126.7 billion VND, and at the same time meet the requirements for capacity and experience in implementing similar projects.
