Viet Tri Ward People's Committee, Phu Tho province has just announced the auction of land use rights for 8 residential land plots in the Lang Cau field area and the Resettlement Area of the National Highway 32C route adjustment project.
According to the notice, 4 land plots in the Lang Cau field area (symbols F18, F19, F20, F21) have an area of 110m2/plot, belonging to urban residential land for long-term use. The land plots are located on a 15m wide road (excluding sidewalks), with a starting price of 30 million VND/m2, equivalent to 3.3 billion VND/plot. The deposit for each land plot is 990 million VND.
Meanwhile, 4 land plots belonging to the Resettlement Area of the Project to adjust National Highway 32C (symbols 26, 27, 28, 29) have an area of 111.5m2/plot. The starting price is determined to be 13 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.449 billion VND/plot. Each land plot has a deposit of 434 million VND.
The price step applied to all 8 land plots is 1 million VND/m2.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals who are eligible for land allocation by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and meet the conditions for participating in the auction of assets according to current regulations.
Auction participants are allowed to see the actual location of the land plots on June 8, 9 and 10. 2026. The selling and receiving time for registration to participate in the auction is from June 2 to the end of June 15. 2026. Deposits are paid in the same period and no later than 4:30 PM on June 15.
The price announcement session is expected to take place at 8:00 AM on June 18, 2026 at the hall of Viet Tri Ward People's Committee.
The auction is organized in the form of indirect voting and applies the up-pricing method.
