Construction started in March 2025 The Social Housing Project under the Tan Phu Hung Urban Area Expansion Project (1479 apartments) invested by the Joint Venture of Newland Investment Joint Stock Company - NHS Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
Construction started in September 2025 of the Social Housing Project in the trai Bau Residential Area (230 apartments).
Construction will begin in November 2025 for 5 projects: Social housing in Ngoc Chau Residential Area (804 apartments); Social housing in the new urban area in the East of Chi Linh City (740 apartments); Social housing in the residential area project, workers' housing and Tan Truong industrial service project (1,388 apartments); Workers' housing in Cam Dien - Luong Dien New Residential Area (450 apartments) (450 apartments); 1 block of 30-storey social housing in Zone 4 of the Thai Binh - Ecoriver riverside ecological urban area project (800 apartments).
In 2026, it is expected to start construction of 2 new projects including: Social Housing Project in Phu Quy Urban Area (1,275 apartments) in January 2026 and Social Housing Project in Xe Service Commercial Quarter, Tan Truong Commune (420 apartments) in February 2026.
