Hai Phong City Property Auction Service Center has just announced the auction of land use rights for 12 land plots in the new residential area of Tat Thuong village, Lac Phuong commune, Hai Phong city. The total area of 12 land plots is 1,029.10m2, with a total starting price of over 22.73 billion VND.
According to Property Auction Notice No. 210/TBĐG-Tr. T dated August 11, 2026 of the Hai Phong City Property Auction Service Center, the unit with auctioned assets is the People's Committee of Lac Phuong commune. The auctioned assets are the right to use 12 land plots at the location of the new residential area of Tat Thuong village, Lac Phuong commune.
The asset viewing was carried out for 3 consecutive days, from August 12 to August 14, 2026, during office hours, at the location of the new residential area of Tat Thuong village, Lac Phuong commune.
The Center starts selling applications for auction participation from 7:30 am on August 12, 2026 to 11:00 am on August 26, 2026 at the head office and facility 2 of the Center. The Economic Department of Lac Phuong commune sells applications from 7:30 am on August 17 to 11:00 am on August 26, 2026.
The time to receive applications for auction participation at the Property Auction Service Center starts from 7:30 am on August 12 to 4:00 pm on August 26, 2026; at the People's Committee of Lac Phuong commune from 7:30 am on August 17, to 4:00 pm on August 26, 2026.
According to the price list in the notice, 4 lots F-05, F-06, F-07 and F-08 have a starting price of 15.3 million VND/m2. Among them, lots F-05, F-06 and F-07 have an area of 80m2/lot, starting price of 1.224 billion VND/lot; lot F-08 has an area of 103.51m2, starting price of 1.583703 billion VND.
The remaining 8 lots include F-11, G-05, G-06, G-10, G-12, G-13, G-14 and G-15 with a starting price of 25.5 million VND/m2. The starting prices of the lots are respectively 2.04 billion VND; 2.118795 billion VND; 2.15577 billion VND; 2.13486 billion VND; 2.19708 billion VND; 2.228445 billion VND; 2.35212 billion VND and 2.255475 billion VND.
The total area of 12 lots is 1,029.10m2, the total starting price is 22,73335 billion VND. The application fee for auction participation is 200,000 VND/land plot. The deposit for lots ranges from 244.8 million VND to 470.424 million VND. The price step is 100,000 VND/m2.
The above price includes the cost of technical infrastructure investment according to the project approved by competent authorities, excluding registration fees, fees for issuing Land Use Right Certificates and is the starting price for organizing land use right auctions according to the provisions of law.
The auction will be held at 8:00 AM on August 29, 2026 at the People's Committee Hall of Lac Phuong commune, Hai Phong city. The auction form is to bid indirectly for each land plot; the auction method is to bid up and bid for 1m2 of land use rights of the registered land plot to participate in the auction. The minimum price step is 100,000 VND/m2.
