On the morning of July 27, the Standing Committee of Nghia Tru Commune Party Committee (Hung Yen province) directly inspected the scene and directed to accelerate the progress of site clearance to serve the Nghia Tru High School construction project.
At the inspection, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee listened to a report on the deployment of site clearance work, assessing the difficulties and obstacles that still exist in the implementation process.
On that basis, commune leaders requested specialized agencies and related villages to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, strengthen coordination, and promote propaganda and mobilize people to agree with the project's policy.
At the same time, units assigned to focus on removing bottlenecks, promptly handling arising problems to complete site clearance work according to plan, creating conditions for the project to be implemented soon.
Accelerating the progress of site clearance is an important task, contributing to completing educational facilities in the area, meeting the learning needs of students and creating motivation to promote socio-economic development of the locality in the coming time.
Previously, Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee also held a meeting of the Steering Committee for the Nghia Tru High School Project to review the progress and direct relevant units to focus on implementing tasks according to the plan.
According to Decision No. 89/QD-UBND dated July 9, 2026 of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, Nghia Tru High School is oriented to be built according to the model of a model socialist high school of Vietnam on an area of about 6.9 hectares in Nghia Tru commune.
The project has a scale of 30 classrooms, meeting the learning needs of 900 to 1,200 students and can be expanded to about 1,350 students. The project strives to start construction in August 2026 and be completed and put into use in the 2027 - 2028 school year.
Up to now, Nghia Tru Commune People's Committee has completed the notice of land recovery for 100% of households subject to recovery, and at the same time deployed land inventory and assets on land. Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company has advanced funds to serve compensation work, complete feasibility study reports and prepare construction conditions.
The Department of Education and Training is also developing a project to develop a school model, coordinating with relevant units to ensure that the project is implemented on schedule.
