According to the diagram, this project starts from Bai Sau area, embracing the entire Hon Ba area, Nghinh Phong Cape, Bai Dua sea space, extending to the Cau Da port area. In which, a main water supply area is designed dividing the project into 2 main sub-zones; along with axes connecting with Bai Truoc, Vung Tau Lighthouse and Christ the King Statue.

According to Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc, Vung Tau area in general and Nghinh Phong Cape in particular are areas with special locations, beautiful landscapes, attracting many tourists.
