Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province decided to adjust the general urban planning of Ben Cat city for the area implementing the Binh Duong Riverside ISC science and technology industrial park project and the An Dien and An Tay commercial and service urban areas.
Regarding the adjustment location, the project implementation area is in An Dien and An Tay wards, Ben Cat city. In which, the East borders the main road KV 9.44.48m; the West borders DT 744 road and residential land; the South borders protrade International Industrial Park; the North borders DH 606 road.
Regarding land use, adjusting the residential land area from 6,170 ha to 6,152 ha (down 18 ha); Industrial land adjustment from 4,081 ha to 4,133 ha (an increase of more than 52ha); adjust the greenery of greenery isolated about 35.97 hectares into industrial soil; Adjusting the area of bus station land from 3.89 ha to 4.33 ha (an increase of 0.44 ha).
This decision also adjusts the route of the two connecting traffic routes in the project.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the People's Committee of Ben Cat city to be responsible for announcing and publicizing the contents of local planning adjustments according to regulations.
