The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued Decision No. 2/QD-UBND stipulating the unit price for compensation for damage to houses and construction works attached to land when the State acquires land in Bac Giang province in 2025.
Accordingly, for villas, the compensation price is more than 7 million VND/m2 of floor. For class III type 1 houses, the compensation price is more than 6.6 million VND/m2 of floor. For class III type 2 houses, the compensation price is more than 6.6 million VND/m2 of floor. For class III type 2 houses, the compensation price is more than 6.6 million VND/m2 of floor. For class III type 2 houses, the compensation price is 5.05 million VND/m2 of floor.
For type 3 level III houses with closed structures, 1-storey flat roof, and load-bearing wall structure, the compensation unit price is more than 4.5 million VND/m² of floor. Type 1 level III houses, without closed auxiliary structures (toilet or kitchen), from 3 to under 7 floors with load-bearing frame structure, the compensation unit price is 6.3 million VND/m² of floor. Type 2 level III houses, without closed auxiliary structures (toilet or kitchen), from 1 to 3 floors with frame structure or load-bearing wall structure, the compensation unit price is 4.8 million VND/m² of floor...
Regarding the compensation price for level IV housing, it includes: Independent type 1 house, no ancillary works, 1 tiled roof floor, compensation price is more than 3.5 million VND/m², independent type 2 house, no ancillary works, 1 simple tiled roof floor, compensation price is more than 2.9 million VND/m²...
Auxiliary works, type A kitchen compensation level is more than 1.3 million VND/m²; type B kitchen is more than 1.1 million VND/m²; type C kitchen is 970 thousand VND/m²; type A livestock area is more than 1.1 million VND/m²; type B livestock area is 920 thousand VND/m²...
The Decision also clearly stipulates the compensation unit price for other works such as: Kiosks, temporary houses type A, temporary houses type B, iron gates with frames made of (zinc pipes, angle iron, box iron...), fences made of various shaped iron, iron flower points, chicken and duck coops built of bricks...
The People's Committee of Bac Giang province assigns the Department of Construction to take the lead in coordinating with relevant departments and branches to guide, monitor, inspect and urge the implementation of the Decision. During the implementation process, if any difficulties or problems arise, please promptly report to the Department of Construction for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision on appropriate amendments and supplements.
The Decision takes effect from the date of signing until December 31, 2025.
