Information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province said that the unit has just issued a Decision on promulgating the unit price for compensation and support for actual damage to houses, housing, construction works attached to land, compensation and support for the cost of moving assets when the State reclaims land in Lang Son province.
For houses and dwellings, the compensation price for new construction is calculated as follows:
In which, type 1 house is a house with a floor height ≥ 3.9m; reinforced concrete foundation (RC), brick foundation walls, reinforced concrete columns, beams, floors, and 220mm thick brick enclosing walls.
Doors, windows, door frames made of group 2 wood, ceramic or granite tiled floors; granite stairs; stair railings, group 2 wooden corridors, walls, columns, ceilings painted with lime or plaster; flat roofs; heat-resistant, waterproof reinforced concrete flat roofs.
Type 2 houses have the same regulations as type 1 houses but have a structure of load-bearing walls; brick foundations, and reinforced concrete foundation beams.
Type 3 houses are 1-storey houses. Type 3A houses have wall height ≥ 3m; foundation and walls are built of 220mm thick bricks, reinforced concrete foundation beams; cement tiled floors, whitewashed walls; doors, windows and frames are made of group 4 wood; tiled roof, roof structure is made of group 4 wood; the entire porch floor is made of reinforced concrete.
Type 3B house has wall height < 3m, other regulations are the same as type 3A house.
Type 3C house, wall height from 2.5m to 3m, no reinforced concrete porch, other regulations as type 3A house.
Type 3D house, house with wall height < 2.5m, no reinforced concrete porch, other regulations are the same as type 3A house.
This price list takes effect from November 10, 2024 and replaces Decision No. 26/2022/QD-UBND dated October 13, 2022 of the People's Committee of Lang Son province.
