On April 26, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued a document directing the Phuoc Tan Ward People's Committee to urgently implement the relocation of the remaining 4 businesses out of the land area of more than 72ha in Phuoc Tan ward according to regulations; work to be completed and reported to the Provincial People's Committee before April 30.
According to the Provincial People's Committee, businesses located in the area of more than 72ha of Phuoc Tan ward have been identified as violating the law on land, construction, and investment in Inspection Conclusion No. 2804/KL-UBND of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Party Committee has directed the relocation of businesses in this area.
According to Phuoc Tan Ward People's Committee, for the land area of more than 72ha, there are many illegal construction works. As of April 10, 44/48 businesses and establishments have completed the dismantling of violating works; the remaining 4 cases are being urged, of which 3 cases are being dismantled and 1 case has not been implemented. The ward continues to strengthen mobilization, requesting completion in April 2026 according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee.
