Dong Nai leases 3.7 hectares of land to port company to expand warehouse

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee leased more than 3.7 hectares of land to Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company to expand its warehouse system.

On December 2, information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province said that it had decided to lease 37,757.8 m2 of land (more than 3.7 hectares) to Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company to implement the Dong Nai Port expansion project phase 2B (expanding the warehouse system) in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city.

The purpose of land use is traffic construction land to implement the Dong Nai Port expansion project.

Land use period from the date Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee signed the land lease decision to December 31, 2030, in the form of state land lease with annual land rent collection, the land price to calculate the land rent payable is 7 million VND/m2.

For the area of ​​1,187.6 m2 located within the water source protection corridor, Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company, when using land, must ensure the provisions of Article 23 of the Law on Water Resources 2023.
