Resettlement arrangement for 1,505 households in Dong Nai to build highway

Dong Nai - The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project passing through Long Thanh district has 1,505 households subject to resettlement, of which 1,450 cases have been approved so far.

On November 28, information from the Long Thanh District Land Fund Development Center said that the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway construction investment project has a total length of about 28 km passing through Long Thanh district with a total reclaimed area of ​​nearly 230 hectares.

In which, component project 1 passes through Long An, Long Duc, An Phuoc, Loc An communes, Long Thanh town with a length of about 9.8 km, affecting 1,024 organizations, individual households (more than 78 hectares). Up to now, 799 cases have been approved, reaching more than 91% of the total recovered area.

Component 2 project passes through Long An, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai, Tan Hiep, Phuoc Binh communes with a length of about 18.2 km, affecting 1,762 organizations, households, and individuals (more than 151 hectares). To date, 1,721 cases have been approved, reaching nearly 92% of the total recovered area.

The estimated number of households to be resettled is about 1,505 households. Of which, component project 1 has 653 cases, component project 2 has 852 cases (not including the number of resettlement arrangements for cases considered by generation).

To date, 1,450 cases have been approved by the project compensation council.

Site handover work, component project 1 of Long Thanh district has handed over more than 56 hectares, reaching over 72%, component project 2 has handed over more than 131 hectares, reaching over 86%.
