On January 5, information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province said that it had decided to lease an area of 672,174.7 m2 (more than 67 hectares) of land to Song May Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, located in Tan An commune, Vinh Cuu district and Bac Son commune, Trang Bom district.
The purpose of use is industrial park land, for investment in construction and business of Song May industrial park infrastructure - phase 2.
Of which, industrial land is 420,972.2 m2, green land is 196,869.3 m2 and traffic land is 54,333.2 m2.
Land use term until November 18, 2057.
The State leases land with annual payment, the land rent payable is 1.8 million VND/m2.
Currently, in Dong Nai province, there are 31 industrial parks in operation; Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park is under construction, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park has been approved for investment.
In 31 operating industrial parks, the occupancy rate is more than 86% of the leased land area, the remaining area of about 752 hectares is scattered in many areas and is stuck in compensation and site clearance.
