On January 4, according to information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, it has just decided to lease land to Phuoc An BOT Company Limited to carry out the project of building a road connecting to Phuoc An port (from the intersection with Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway to Phuoc An port) under the form of public-private partnership, Build - Operate - Transfer (BOT) contract in Phuoc An commune, Nhon Trach district.
According to the decision, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee leased 272,759.9 square meters (about 27.2 hectares) of land in Phuoc An commune, Nhon Trach district to Phuoc An BOT Company Limited.
The purpose of land use is traffic construction land with a land use term of more than 18 years from August 22, 2022 to June 10, 2041.
The form of land lease is that the State leases land and pays the rent once for the entire lease term.
Phuoc An BOT Company Limited is exempted from land rent during the entire lease period.
Previously, on October 16, 2024, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province announced that it had decided to regulate the price of road use services for vehicles participating in traffic for the project to build a connecting road to Phuoc An port (from the intersection with Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway to Phuoc An port), Nhon Trach district under the form of public-private partnership, BOT contract.
The price list for road use services is divided into 6 stages.
The section from the intersection with Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway to Phuoc An Port is nearly 6 km long, invested in the form of PPP, BOT contract with a total investment of more than 1,000 billion VND, starting construction in 2022, expected to be completed and put into operation in 2025.
