On October 13, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to allocate land to Chuong Duong Homeland Joint Stock Company to implement a social housing project in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city with an area of 14,076.9 m2 (more than 1.4 hectares) on plot number 59, cadastral map sheet number 36.
Of which, 11,085.3 m2 of land is allocated by the state for the functional planning of apartment building construction with land use fees collected, while the remaining area of 2,371.3 m2 of land is allocated for the functional planning of traffic land and 620.3 m2 of land is allocated for the functional planning of green trees without land use fees collected.
Land use term is 50 years from the date Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issues the decision approving the investment policy.
The social housing project in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city has an area of 1.41 hectares, with a scale of about 1,000 apartments - corresponding to a population of about 1,900 people, built on Nguyen Van To street, located close to National Highway 51.
The project is expected to officially come into operation from August 2025.
