Building a concentrated, modern, synchronous political - administrative center of Dong Nai city in terms of technical and social infrastructure; meeting the operating requirements of Party and State agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the city in the new period.
The scale and number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and people working in the city's political - administrative area is about 4,200 - 4,500 people.
The planning organization agency is the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Previously, on June 18, Dong Nai City People's Committee also decided to approve the design task of the architectural design competition for the City Political - Administrative Center project to select the optimal plan to meet the requirements for function, use, technique, aesthetics, planning and investment efficiency.
The area scale of the Dong Nai City Political - Administrative Center area is 102.5 ha. Of which, the land for building administrative works is about 10ha.
According to the plan, in August 2026, Dong Nai City People's Committee will start construction of the Dong Nai City Administrative and Political Center.
